Homeschool Memberships
Making Tracks is more than a homeschool program. It's a community of families who value connection to the Earth and to each other. A membership gives your student access to everything happening across the platform: new groups, different instructors, new locations, and a private community that goes deeper than a single weekly class.

Your Anchor Location
Every membership starts with an anchor location; your family's home base for the season. You enroll your children in their age-appropriate course, show up consistently, and volunteer just like any other Making Tracks family. Your membership covers tuition for all participating children at that location.
Claiming your Spot
To attend a session outside your anchor location, check in through our Discord community in advance. Your tier determines how early you can claim a spot: Trailblazer families get first access, followed by Pathfinder, then Explorer
Additional Sessions
On top of your anchor location, membership gives your family flexible access to other Making Tracks sessions happening throughout the season. Different instructors, different students, different locations, and slightly different content each time.
Eligibility
Membership runs seasonally from September through May and covers public homeschool classes and family gatherings. It does not apply to private classes, workshops, intensives, campouts, or home-study programs. Standard participant eligibility applies.
What to Expect Before You Enroll
We built membership for families who want more — more locations, more instructors, more connection. Our hope is that by opening up the platform, families learn from each other as much as they learn from us. If you're ready to go deeper into Earth Education, membership is designed for you.
The Fine Print
Family Pricing
Membership is priced per family, not per child. Your first child's enrollment includes the membership access premium for the season. Each additional child is added at a sibling rate which means bigger discounts for bigger families.
Check in System
To attend any session outside your anchor class, check in through our Discord community in advance. Drop-in sessions are counted per family check-in, not per student. One session is deducted from your allowance regardless of how many children attend that specific drop-in. No check-in means no guaranteed spot. On high-demand sessions, spots fill by tier priority first, then first come first served within that window.
A Few Important Rules
All participants attending must be included in your membership — unregistered siblings may not attend. Anchor class participation and volunteering is still required as part of your membership. Membership does not guarantee access to every session — safety and instructor ratios always take priority.
Membership Refund Policy
Cancel 7 or more days before the season begins and you'll receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancel 2-6 days before and you'll receive 50%. Cancel less than 48 hours before the first session begins no refund. If Making Tracks cancels sessions you'll receive a credit or prorated refund for those sessions.
