Making Tracks Earth Education, LLC (“we” or “us” or “our” or “Making Tracks”) respects your privacy as one of our users (“user” or “you”). Personally identifiable information of you or any you register for one of our courses or accounts, such as your name, billing address, email address, and telephone number, and demographic information, such as your age, gender, hometown, and interests, that you voluntarily give to us when you register for a course or an account on our Site, purchase any items from our Site, or otherwise choose to participate in various activities related to the Site, such as submitting contact requests online. You are under no obligation to provide us with personal information of any kind, however your refusal to
do so may prevent you from using certain features of the Site and you may be unable to register for classes or other services offered. You also will not be able to register for an account with the Site.

Since we are often in nature, we also collect certain basic health and medical information through the Site. This information enables us to better identify and assist with remedying potential hazards or issues for participants. This information may include allergy information, medication/supplement information, other related health information, emergency contact information, and other health or medical related items.

Derivative Data

Information our servers or software program may automatically collect when you access the Site or your account, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Site. If you are accessing the device from a mobile application, this information may also include your device name and type, your operating system, your phone number, your country, your likes and replies to a post, and other interactions with the application and other users via server log files, as well as any other information you

Financial Data

Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g. valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date, billing address, name on credit card, etc.) may be collected when you purchase, order, receive a refund, or request information about our services from the Site. We retain an association of which individuals have paid for the courses or classes they registered for and may provide each instructor with a list of individuals who have paid the course fee in full. With most of the financial information, such information is stored by our payment processor Stripe. Please review

Please understand that when you make a purchase from our Site, you will be providing financial information to a third-party.

The courses we provide are offered for a variety of ages, from children to adults. While children are welcome to take a course with us, we do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. Rather, we work to conduct all business and online transactions with parents. We do not knowingly use any information about children under age 13 for marketing or solicitation purposes. If a child under age 13 is enrolled by a parent or guardian in a course, the child’s personal information will be used to identify them in that particular course and will be shared with the instructor of the course. However, the personal information of a child under age 13 will not be knowingly used by us. We do not send advertisements to children under age 13, but instead communicate with the child’s parent or guardian and use the parent’s or guardian’s information in accordance with
this Privacy Policy. If you become aware of any use of the personal information of a child under age 13 outside the scope of providing a course the child is enrolled in, please contact us using the contact information provided below.

CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
