Over the course of a weekend you'll learn to make four plant-based medicines from scratch using Utah botanicals, then sew your own leather pouch to carry them in. Erik will guide you through each preparation with instruction rooted in both traditional plant medicine and modern wellness understanding. You'll leave with a fully functional primitive first aid kit, a handmade leather pack, and the knowledge to replenish it yourself. Participants are encouraged to bring their own brain-tanned buckskin. A limited supply will be available for purchase on-site from Erik directly. Capped at 10 participants. Prior attendance at the Plant Walk is strongly recommended but not required. Note: Specific plants and materials used in this workshop may vary based on seasonal availability and local conditions.
