Course Details Dates: May 25th Start Time: 10am End Time: 12pm Price: $10/person Location: Either Little Dell Reservoir or Lambs Canyon About the Course Utah is home to some of the most medicinal and edible plants in the American West, and most of us walk right past them every day. In this two-hour guided walk, Erik introduces you to the wild plants growing in your own backyard — how to identify them, what they're used for, and why they matter for your health and wellbeing. No experience necessary. This is the perfect starting point for anyone curious about plant medicine, foraging, or simply deepening their connection to the natural world. Space is limited to 50 participants. What You'll Learn Safe and confident plant identification basics Utah's most common medicinal plants and their traditional uses How to observe your environment with new eyes The foundation for plant pressing and primitive medicine making. This class pairs naturally with our Wild Harvest Kit Workshop and Primitive First Aid Kit course — take all three as a complete Wild Wellness Path.
